A periodontist (a dentist who specializes in implants and gum problems) praises Dr. Simon’s work.
“I am a periodontist who has worked with Dr. Simon for the past 15 years. During that time we have worked very closely with many patients that presented with a range of dental issues. They range from the ordinary to very complex, some requiring years of treatment. As a specialist, I have the opportunity to work with many dentists and evaluate their unique abilities. Dr. Simon’s clinical skills are excellent. He has an intuitive ability to communicate with his patients that allow them to feel comfortable with difficult treatment decisions. We have worked together in the successful placement and restoration of dental implants with tremendous success utilizing a team approach. My confidence in Dr. Simon included asking him to treat my father. Dr. Simon was able to reconstruct his mouth and give him a wonderful new smile. I would highly recommend his practice to anyone seeking dentistry from the most basic preventative care to the most challenging reconstructive care.”

I wanted to thank you for the tremendous job that you did on my son, Matt’s teeth. When I saw the damage from the lacrosse stick to his face, I immediately knew that his regular dentist wasn’t going to be able to handle this case. You got Matt in on an emergency basis and, somehow, made his teeth look like new. Moreover, Matt said that he didn’t really feel any pain when you were working on him and he loved the ski movies that you had on the monitor — it really took his mind off of the situation. You truly did an amazing job and words alone cannot express our gratitude.
Thanks so much
Howard J. Pollack
“I truly appreciate you as my dentist.”
Randy Simon has been my dentist for many years. Like most folks, I had nightmarish, incredibly scary experiences with my dentist as a child and was thus leery to even schedule an appointment with a dentist as an adult. Upon our first meeting, Randy allayed my fears on numerous levels. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and is one of the most personable practitioners I know. He brings his passion for life to the practice. He’s not just a dentist: he’s also a foodie, a wine enthusiast, an athlete, a photographer and one heck of a nice guy! Perfectionistic by nature, his care is always thorough, gentle and methodical. By sharing his personal experiences with his patients, he sets the tone of relaxation unlike any other dental office I’ve known. He instills confidence in me where anxiousness could prevail. Whenever there are choices to be made for my dental care, he presents all options and discusses what is best for me, referring me out to his professional network if necessary. This speaks well of his relationships with other dental practitioners as well. His staff is always professional and charming. They have all taken my husband and me into their care to make us feel like members of the family. Randy Simon is a great choice for us, and I would highly recommend him.
Paying attention to the little details ensures a great and long lasting end result.
After many years of intermittent dental care, I met Dr. Simon. Dr. Simon took a different approach to my badly broken down smile. After gathering the necessary information and referring me to an excellent periodontist we met several times to discuss my options. We weighed the pros and cons of implants versus porcelain bridges. After many years I finally committed to restoring my smile with bridge work. Dr. Simon gave me the opportunity to get used to my new smile with provisional bridges and took the time to make sure I was not only happy with the way my new teeth would look but that they would feel natural. As a cabinet maker, I understand that paying attention to the little details ensures the end result will come with out surprises and lead to a long lasting result. What I could never have anticipated was how much pleasure I now get from smiling on a regular basis. If you’re looking for a dental practice where your needs and desires are carefully considered then I would strongly recommend you stop by and meet Dr.Simon and his staff at Advanced Dental Arts.

A 20-year patient has always felt respected and appreciates the overall experience.
“I have been a patient of Dr. Simon’s for over 20 years. As a working professional, it is extremely important to me that Dr. Simon and his staff treat me like my time is as valuable as their own, or more so. I know that when I have an appointment I can arrive on time and I will not be kept waiting while ‘Doctor finishes up’ another patient. They do not double-book and the spacing between patients is realistic. His office has none of the feel of a public clinic, the art is cool and the music is ‘hip’ rather than ‘elevator.’ His staff is attractive and perky and they know me by name. I do not have to prove my identity when I walk in. Dr. Simon and his staff treat my appointment as if it were a scheduled meeting between two important and busy professionals; which is exactly what it is.
“They are expecting me and I am a valued patient whose approval they seek, not the other way around. I have never been expected to read a stack of old Hollywood gossip magazines while some walk-in gets the last of forty-two cavities filled. Yet, one weekend when I cracked a molar jumping a mogul, I called his service and Simon himself called me back and offered me the choice of seeing me Sunday night at his office or as early Monday morning as I could get in, ahead of his daily patient schedule.
“While there may be one or two dozen general dentists in the entire Denver Area with Dr. Simon’s professional skills, (maybe) and while there are undoubtedly hundreds who advertise clinical dentistry at lower prices, with quality to match, I actually believe that if you value your time or your teeth, then Dr. Simon is without a doubt the biggest professional service bargain in the entire metro Denver area.”

A professional woman never felt judged, even during an extensive procedure.
“Have you totally stopped going to dentists because you loathe being reprimanded like a two-year old for everything that you are or are not doing properly? Randy Simon, DDS, is not only the least judgmental dentist I ever met, he is also the only one I ever met with a sense of humor.
“I was a professional woman in my 50s, tired of dentists charging me a fortune to save teeth and gums that looked terrible and were getting worse. Randy told me the truth from the beginning without the recriminations. He gave me a couple of options with all the gruesome details and costs that each one entailed. I made the choice to pull all of the teeth, have implants in the lower jaw, and full dentures.
“Randy pulled the teeth and made the dentures but referred me to another absolutely incredible dentist, Franc Vanderven, to do the implants, which also included rebuilding the lower jaw to make up for a great deal of bone loss.
“It was not a short (two years), convenient (periods of time without a lower denture), or inexpensive process, but these two professionals and their staffs literally held my hand through it all to make it as easy as possible and with very little pain. They gave me cell phone numbers to reach them on weekends if necessary. They made time between appointments to see me if I had any minor complaint to fix.
“The dentures that Randy made fit perfectly the first time, with very few required adjustments. When Randy does dentures, he’ll ensure that they fit, that they will not cause pain, that they will look natural, and that you will be happily eating anything you want for many years to come. It has been five years since Randy and Franc performed their magic on me. I have never regretted the decision and I am still thrilled with the results.”
She used to avoid going to the dentist, but not anymore.
“Dr. Simon at Advanced Dental Arts is, by far, the best dentist I have ever been to. I used to avoid going to the dentist, and only went when I had a problem, but Dr. Simon made me feel so comfortable that now I go even when I am not in pain.”
Her teeth and gums are healthy for the first time in many years.
“When I first went to Dr. Simon, my teeth were in very bad shape. I had had an unpleasant experience with another dentist and then put off having any work done for many years. Dr. Simon listened to me and assured me that he understood my feelings. He then did a thorough evaluation of the work I would need, and took the time to explain it clearly to me.
“I needed extensive work and Dr. Simon suggested several possible courses of treatment. These included working closely with an orthodontist and a periodontist. After examinations with both other doctors, who then met with Dr. Simon, I was able to choose the plan I felt would best fit the work I wanted to be done.
“I chose to have teeth extracted, instead of braces, because I wanted results as quickly as possible. Dr. Simon had to do a lot of work with my badly neglected teeth, but the treatments were as comfortable as possible, and Dr. Simon showed a lot of understanding for my concerns throughout.
“I now have a wonderful precision fit bridge that is both comfortable and attractive, and my teeth and gums are healthy for the first time in many years. I’m no longer afraid of dental visits. Dr. Simon’s professional knowledge, his concern for his patients, and the group of dental professionals he works with, all make me confident that anyone choosing him will be making the right decision.”
